• Store cream cakes in a refrigerator.
• Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned environment.
• The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
• Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
• Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
• Please check the placement of these items before serving them to small children.

Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, if recipient is not available kindly let us know in advance. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.

FOD will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number which may lead to unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor
