You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a store credit, depending on the situation.

To request a refund, replacement, or store credit, please provide us with the following information:

  • A brief explanation of the problem and how you would like us to resolve it
  • A photo of the flowers as they arrived, if possible

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect delivery address or recipient information provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or courier issues
  • Damage or loss caused by the recipient or a third party after delivery
