1.Fresh Flower Care Tips:
🌸Keep fresh flowers away from drafts and extreme temperatures, which can quickly dry out the flowers and cause wilting
🌸If your flowers came in plastic, remove it as soon as possible

2.Changing the Water in Your Flower Arrangement:
🌸 First, remove any dead or dying flowers from the arrangement
🌸 Clean the vase thoroughly with soapy water to remove bacteria that could deteriorate fresh flowers.
🌸 Place loose stems or wrapped bouquets in the water mixture promptly

Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, if recipient is not available kindly let us know in advance. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.

FOD will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number which may lead to unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor
